Royal Golf La Bagnaia: Designed by renowned golf architect Robert Trent Jones Jr, and spreading over 130 hectares of land, the 18-hole course is perfectly harmonized with the gently rolling hills of Siena.
The Tuscan landscape is a typical example of Inland Links, which refer to the Scottish Highlands with the “Rough” that waves in the wind.
The course is enhanced by beautiful lakes and a majestic Club House, from where you can enjoy a unique view on all 18 holes.
Essential maintenance work will be carried out on our greens on the 1st & 2nd August. To promote healthier playing surfaces the greens are being aerated (cored) then rolled, top dressed and watered to speed recovery. Whilst the golf course maintenance team try keeping disruption to a minimum, we would like to notify you in advance prior to booking. Only 9 holes are available to play on 1st & 2nd August. All 18 holes are open and playable from Wednesday 3rd August.
Aeration is an essential practice to produce consistent and healthy playing surfaces. The Golf Course Maintenance team carried out the aeration maintenance at this period for optimum growing conditions which means faster recovery. In compensation, we are extending a complimentary golf cart* (applicable for Green Fee paying paid rounds only) during the period 1st to 13th August.
